LINE is Taiwan’s leading messaging app, providing instant messaging, voice, and video calls. It offers stickers, themes, games, and services like LINE Pay and LINE Today for added convenience. As a Product Designer, I use LINE daily and pay close attention to its user experience and interface design. This daily usage inspires me with ideas for potential enhancements that could make the app even more user-friendly. Rather than proposing a complete redesign, my goal is to refine and optimize interactions within the existing framework and design system to improve usability.
